This Beetroot Hummus is really quick to make, healthy and something different to add to your snack platter next time you have guests.
There is one thing I hate in the world; cold congealed snacks that should be warm and crisp. How often have you been to an event and the snacks have been deep fried prior, and have been left out so long that they have turned soggy, stale and cold. What even gets me more (I’m pulling an ugly face at the thought), is when you bite into a snack and can’t tell if it should be chicken or fish!
My mission before we hit the December hosting parties season is to open your eyes up to some tasty, healthy, fresh and easy snacks to whip up.
